I'm Elizabeth Lenihan. Career Strategist. Talent Consultant. Author. And someone who has spent nearly 20 years on both sides of the hiring process, which means I understand what employers are actually looking for and how to help you show up as the standout candidate you already are.
My Story
My career has been built at the intersection of people and potential.
Over nearly two decades working in talent management, recruitment, and career consultancy, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of professionals across Ireland, the UK, the US, and Canada, helping them navigate interviews, write CVs that actually get noticed, negotiate salaries with confidence, and build careers that genuinely align with who they are.
I've worked with graduates taking their first steps into the professional world and senior executives looking to pivot or progress. I've consulted for multinational organisations on talent strategy and social impact. I've mentored through some of Ireland's most respected tech and inclusion programmes. And through all of it, the thing that has never changed is this: most people are far more capable than they realise. They just need the right tools, the right preparation, and someone in their corner who believes in their potential.
